About the Foundation
Built in memory, sustained by community, measured through impact.

IN MEMORY OF
Najah Ayoub
Established in 2010 to celebrate the memory of our cherished "Sunshine," the Najah Ayoub Foundation takes great pride in the community support that has allowed us to host Ottawa's largest charity poker tournament.
We cover all the costs in order to be 100% efficient. Our family group of volunteers has helped various causes over the years, and more than $400,000 has been awarded to players.
OUR PURPOSE
Why the Tournament Matters
What begins in Ottawa reaches far beyond it. The tournament's support helps strengthen cancer care and community health at home while also contributing to education, basic supplies, and sustainable opportunity abroad. From hospital spaces in Canada to schools in Haiti, the impact of this event reflects a simple belief:
when a community gives with purpose, that generosity can travel across borders and improve lives in meaningful, lasting ways.
